In the past 15 years and worked in UK, U.S, China, Singapore and Hong Kong. Led teams that are based in more than 15+ countries in APAC. My experience across traditional manufacture & Agriculture FTSE100 UK company, to China e-commerce company, to crypto exchange. Cross industries are challenging but a lot of gain, we need to be able keep up with the latest innovation and changes. I have traveled to 70+ countries, enjoy experience different culture, to understand how peope think/act differently, it is an art to communicate and influence people, and this skill become extremely important at work place especially for finance professionals I have met many people who helped me to grow, to see things from different perspective.
