With a striking background in retail sales (as a Sales person and a Head of Sales), project management (Digitalization and Retail Sales Excellence project implementation) and coaching experience (coaching at dealerships for Heads of Sales and Managing Directors), I look forward to find new connections. After working over 14 years at Volkswagen Importer and Porsche Czech Republic I possessed advance knowledge and experience in organizing, managing and implementation of various projects and processes from the earliest stage of customer’s needs through budgeting and efficiency evaluation after implementation. I am able to use various applications starting from Microsoft Office Applications, through JIRA, Trello, Miro and many others. By reviewing of customers’ feedback on a daily basis I connect After Sales Experts and Sales Managers with their customers to improve quality of service and regain the customers’ loyalty. I created and conducted trainings for Heads of Sales and Managing Directs on quality and customer satisfaction topics during Retail Sales Excellence project implementation. In addition to my business experience, I have a solid amount of educational foundations such as University degree, post-graduate education, various courses of development and language studies.
