With my experience as an Associate Director at Meesho, where I managed a large team and helped individuals thrive in the organization, and my early career at ITC Limited launching new products in the Indian market, I have learned valuable lessons that I am eager to share with others. I have always been passionate about helping those around me find their path and navigate their careers. What I have found is that it's not about providing answers, but rather asking the right questions and helping individuals think through their options. I find joy in exploring possibilities with people and helping them unlock their full potential.
