"Aleksandra is such a sweet, caring and ready-to-help person! From the beginning she wants to make sure that she's properly prepared for the meeting, and she has discussion topics prepared (which definitely helps in guiding the conversation). The meeting felt very smooth and natural, like I was talking to a friend, she created a very safe environment. She was also able to help me with giving advice and making me see the bigger picture and how certain things are linked to eachother (in this case about the people side of things, within a medium-sized company).
