"I contacted Dimitry as I am transitioning to the Product Management role. He came well prepared to the meeting with all the answers to the queries I had beforehand. We talked about what key skills and areas are important as a Product Manager. We also talked about all the challenges PM comes with ranging from communication hurdles, stakeholders to being stuck sometimes. We also talked about how domain impact PM and how it is important to know it. We also discussed few frameworks and there utility as well as how effective they are. We also touched how to collaborate with different stakeholders and bring them to a common ground with the help of emotional intelligence. We mainly talked about the communication, problem solving, user centric and analytical key skills. In the end, Dimitry also recommended me few important resources like books and podcasts to build upon my skills. Overall, it was really helpful and motivating session for me. I was lacking proper guidance and I would say he helped me in building a roadmap for my transition. "
