How to blog properly: Here the interesting insight for me was that blogging was not a significant plus for the interviewer, rather help in terms of networking and thinking by writing. 4. Also touched on the topics of certification, required and general developer skills The discussion was useful for me as I came with specific questions about promotion to a new role, my development as a software developer and blogging, and Vladimir has relevant experience on all my questions and his answers more than covered my questions. Also really liked that the feedback to my questions was structured and relevant."
