"Yes, the session was really insightful as I was able to breakthrough my fear and concerns of reaching out to my colleagues in a hybrid working condition. What enabled me further was the mapping out expectations and connecting the dots with visuals -this made me aware that some people have different methods of receiving information (i.e., Kinesthetic, Auditory, Visual). My goal now is to establish strategic collaborations between the stakeholders, making better decisions and becoming better at influencing with hopes of staying visible within the organization.
