"First, I've learned that building strong relationship between people is very important for the community. This is how the community is different from a series of events OR Instagram followers. Second point was an advice to create a channel for communications. Not just a FB or LN group, but the live messenger with live conversation between people. Third point I've learned is that I can start with a really small group, make it a strong group and than adding more people. And of course I don't need to wait. There are simple actions (baby steps) that I can start doing right now."
