Business consultant and chartered accountant with over a decade of professional experience. As a founder, I have first-hand experience creating and maintaining a business - winning clients, setting day rates and organising my time. I want to share my knowledge with others seeking to establish their own contracting business.

From a technical perspective, I am an expert in user research and product and service design, having worked with esteemed clients such as the UK Government, Admiral Google and JW Marriott. I love teaching others how to harness the various skills and methodologies of these specialisms to unearth valuable insights and craft impactful solutions.
