I am Yaroslava and I am currently leading an international team in BAYER Company, which is aimed to provide end-to-end legal and compliance support across 60+ countries.

It is facilitated through Global Law, Patients & Compliance Center - a global digital platform for legal and compliance services to be delivered across business units of the organization worldwide.
The project became a winner of Financial Times Innovative Lawyer Europe Awards in 2021 & 2022. I am very proud to say that I was among the key contributors to its creating and success.​

​M​y 15+ international corporate career gave me a deep understanding of how to lead cross-functional, multicultural, and remote working teams to build upscale business processes and to deliver results.

What really drives me is helping others unlock their potential and strengths.
