After 15 years in the IT industry, and having working in managerial positions for over 5, I'm in a position to help other people that are just starting, or are interesting in moving up the management ladder.

I was fortunate to be mentored in the past, and I know first-hand how this can really make a difference in somebody's career. I would love to help other people to do the same.
