Wanessa Nascimento

I am Wanessa Rodrigues do Nascimento, currently a Principal Software Engineer at one of the largest American investment companies. With over 15 years of experience in software engineering, I have developed a deep expertise in building tools, continuous integration delivery, and managing the software development lifecycle. My career has taken me across the globe, working in Brazil, Angola, Poland, and currently Ireland.

I hold an MBA in Software Engineering and am currently studying Neurosciences, as I believe technology is closely aligned with human behavior. Throughout my career, I have led multiple teams and managed projects, including a significant role as a manager at Samsung SDS in São Paulo, where I oversaw a multicultural team of developers and managed projects across Latin America.

My professional journey has given me the opportunity to interview and collaborate with many great professionals. I am fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, which has enabled me to mentor individuals from diverse backgrounds and achieve great results.
