Uladzimir Ziankevich

Hey, I am Vlad. I've been working in the Software Engineering field for around 15 years, and have solid experience building engineering organisations, setting goals and delivering value, growing leaders and teams. Also, I am a practicing agile coach and management community speaker.

Throughout my career I've held various positions (e.g. Java engineer, Account Manager, CTO) in different business domains (e.g. eCommerce, advertisement, media). Hence I posess a comprehensive knowledge of how products are developed.

Sharing knowledge and helping others grow is my passion. I was fortunate to work with many people whom I helped to succeed in their roles and step up to the next level.
