After graduated from a Master’s in Educational Sciences in Munich, I landed on my current job as Learning & Development professional in a mid-sized family corporate. My passion lies in training, mental wellbeing, intercultural communication, and Diversity and Inclusion.

As an expat, I understand very well the struggles to navigate the work environment in Germany. I work in various environments and facilitate trainings for international teams to foster collaboration.
