Sylwia Salek, PhD

Hi, I’m Sylwia – a Talent Acquisition & Development Manager with a passion for people, leadership, and growth.
I currently lead three teams: Talent Acquisition, People Development, and Employer Branding. My background includes a PhD in management, where I focused on building engagement in distributed teams – a topic I continue to explore and apply in my daily work.

In addition to my professional role, I actively build an Employer Branding community in my city, promoting collaboration and sharing best practices and knowledge.

In 2025, I’ve joined the mentoring program of the Foundation for Women Leaders (Fundacja Liderek Biznesu) as Mentor to support emerging and experienced leaders in their personal and professional development.
