My journey began as a Tech Support Engineer at Microsoft after earning my degree in Electronics & communication Engineering. What truly motivates me is solving the root cause of problems for the long term and drive outcomes within a racing deadline. With 10 years of experience in Project management, business process design and outsourced contact center management. Extensive experience and demonstrated leadership across product support, operations, readiness, tools & telephony and learning & development. Exceptional global presence, strong relationship building skills, subject matter expertise and proven ability to influence directly and indirectly across matrixed, geographically distributed virtual teams.

As a Technology Program Manager at Microsoft, I am driven by the idea of enabling our customers and internal stakeholders to perform at their peak potential by providing them the right Tech Infrastructure and Tooling systems. I believe that the success of a project comes from a team that understands responsibility and accountability.
