Hi, my name is Signe.
I have been fascinated by leadership and people development for years, and will be happy to share my experience in the field.

I have gained my experience from working with large international companies like Hilton, Microsoft and FranklinCovey. I have been involved in their people and leadership development, change facilitation and customer experience. I have also been responsible for HR, and have developed expertise in performance and talent management, strategy, processes, training and coaching.

I have a holistic approach to life, meaning I believe that you cannot separate work from private life. It is one life that we live and issues in one can cause issues in other even without clear connection between them. I use fused practices of mentoring, coaching, consulting and spiritual and energy work to help people tap into the greatness they were born to experience.
