Shivesh Yadav

I’m Shivesh, currently a Technology Manager at Morgan Stanley, where I lead the firm’s global risk and latency framework that safeguards electronic trading across swaps and developing markets. Previously, I worked at HSBC, where I built predictive ML pipelines and risk dashboards, and led a team that won 2nd runner-up at the global GradHack with a sustainability-linked banking solution that integrated profitability with net-zero goals.

An IIT Patna graduate, I’ve built my career at the intersection of finance, technology, and AI, solving problems that directly impact global markets while also mentoring engineers, students, and cross-regional teams. Beyond work, I’ve volunteered to teach STEM and system design to young students, and I set up a structured mentorship framework at Morgan Stanley that accelerated new joiners’ growth.
