Rosana has over 10 years of experience in organizational development, agile and leadership coaching, and change management across the private, social, and public sectors. She has worked in various consulting roles where she supported strategic initiatives such as New Work, Employee Journey, OKR implementation, and Diversity. Prior to that, she led and contributed to numerous transformation projects as an independent consultant, trainer, and project lead, with a focus on NGOs and social impact organizations. Earlier in her career, she worked in international financial institutions as a senior analyst and portfolio manager – experiences that shaped her strong analytical and process-oriented foundation.

She founded founded Int. Lab, a non-profit initiative that supported women with international backgrounds in their personal and professional integration in Germany through coaching, workshops, and community programs.

She is also an INQA-authorized coach, qualified to support organizations in creating healthy, forward-looking working environments in line with the Initiative Neue Qualität der Arbeit. Additionally, she is a certified Systemic Coach and trained in systemic organizational development.

Complementing her professional background, she is also a certified personal trainer with a strong passion for sport, mindfulness, self-development, and health. These themes influence her holistic approach to leadership, collaboration, and organizational well-being – with a clear focus on enabling clarity, participation, and sustainable transformation.
