Over the last decade, I’ve built and scaled engineering teams from the ground up — first as a founder and later as a CTO and engineering manager. My experience cuts across product delivery, architecture, and process improvement — from leading high‑traffic platforms handling millions of daily requests to setting up hiring frameworks and automations that helped teams run smoother.

Most recently, I’ve been working on AI‑driven product initiatives, designing workflows that automated planning and estimation, while staying hands‑on enough to guide architecture reviews and unblock teams. What I enjoy most though is building teams that can deliver repeatable, reliable outcomes — coaching engineers, refining delivery practices, and bridging that gap between business goals and technical execution.
