Throughout my journey, I’ve embraced diverse roles as a systems thinker, problem solver, and mentor who thrives on empowering others. My path has not been linear; however, I’ve found strength in learning from every twist and turn.

🌱 Growth Mindset

▫️ Club Speech Contest First Place (Champion): As the Public Speaking Champion at Toastmasters International 2023, representing the National University of Singapore, I learned the nuances of rhetoric, audience analysis, and persuasive communication, as well as techniques in vocal variety, nonverbal cues, and narrative structuring.

▫️ SUSS-EMP Alumni Entrepreneurship Award: At the 2023 convocation, I was honored to be the sole recipient of this award among nearly 3,000 graduates. This recognition highlights entrepreneurial qualities such as leadership, self-initiative, and resilience, filling me with profound gratitude.

▫️ Purpose-Driven Leadership in the Startup Ecosystem: With experience across the entire startup lifecycle—from ideation and market validation to scaling and funding— My experience as a venture architect through incubators and growth accelerator programs has honed my design thinking, helped me achieve product-market fit, and polished my pitching skills for competitive funding rounds.

▫️ Startup Mentorship and Coaching: As one of two mentors in the 'startup' sector for the National Mentoring Summit 2024, I am dedicated to guiding aspiring entrepreneurs. I am a certified performance coach under the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and am embracing empathetic listening through the Mindful Compassion Course at the Brahm Centre.

▫️ Mentorship Engagements: As a Spinoff Entrepreneur Mentor at Singapore Polytechnic, Startup Mentor at MentoringSG (Level 2), and an Entrepreneur Guest Speaker at SIM x ITE, I empower emerging entrepreneurs at ACE.SG events like "On the Entrepreneurship Journey," sharing insights on risk-taking, innovation, and the importance of lifelong learning.
