I am Pranay, Engineering Leader with 20 years of experience.

As an Engineering Leader in technology and engineering management, I’ve seen first-hand how the right guidance can accelerate someone’s career. Over the years, I’ve mentored several engineers and product managers, not only on technical skills but also on communication, leadership, and navigating career transitions.

Having conducted 100+ interviews in FANNG and Non FANNG companies , I understand what companies look for and how candidates can present their best selves.

Mentoring allows me to share these lessons more broadly, help others avoid common pitfalls, and support both technical and non-technical professionals in achieving their goals, while continuing to learn from diverse perspectives.
