I have 15+ years of experience working with global multinationals, mid-sized companies and start-ups, delivering end-to-end recruitment services for senior management, senior professionals and early career talent.

I am an expert in competency-based, leadership and functional assessment of candidates. I have strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of the IT industry. I thrive in international and fast-paced environments. I am passionate about identifying and attracting diverse talent and enabling them to grow and thrive in their careers.
