I’m a driven and adaptable professional with a diverse background in emergency services, mental health advocacy, and entrepreneurship. I served nearly a decade as a firefighter 7 years in the U.S. Air Force and 3 years in the civilian sector where I developed strong leadership, decision-making, and crisis management skills. My experiences in high-pressure environments taught me the importance of teamwork, resilience, and clear communication.

Currently, I’m transitioning into the fields of mental health and social entrepreneurship, with a passion for creating resources and businesses that support emotional well-being, especially for underserved communities and men. I’m also pursuing higher education in nursing and social work, aiming to become a therapist and future leader in mental health services.

I would be a strong mentor to those interested in military-to-civilian transitions, starting a purpose driven business, or navigating careers in emergency services or mental health. As a mentee, I’m eager to learn from others in leadership roles, clinical mental health, or those who’ve built impactful organizations.
