Patrick Steiger

My career in a nutshell: I started my career in 2014 at Kaufland Germany in the Management Program.
Within the first 14 months, I went through both stationary sales and internal sales auditing. This is where the foundations for my understanding of retail were laid.
In 2016, I was allowed to take over my first store as a store manager. In the process, I learned through trial and error how to manage both a store successfully in economic terms and a team of more than 100 employees.
Over the years I changed to different functions. From project work to responsibility for the expansion in Australia from a sales perspective back to sales operation as Area Manager.
Currently I am Operations Manager for Pepco and responsible for the market entry into Germany.
