Patrícia Souza

I am a Human Development and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Expert with over 15 years of experience in global organizations, I have developed a passion for diversity and inclusion (D&I) and a mission to create a more inclusive and equal business world and to fulfil this mission I have been part of the Girls in Tech Luxembourg Chapter since mid of 2022, acting as a volunteer Co-Managing Director.

As a D&I leader, I leverage my skills in program leadership, mentoring, and diversity to design and implement human experience strategies that foster a culture of belonging and empowerment. I also facilitate #IamRemarkable workshops, an initiative that encourages women and underrepresented groups to celebrate their achievements and break modesty norms. I am always eager to connect with people who share my vision and values, and who are keen to have a more human experience at work.
