Ozhan Sisic

Hey, I’m Ozhan, a lifelong gamer who turned a passion for tech into a career in cybersecurity leadership. Most recently, I was Director of Cyber Security at Jagex (yep, the RuneScape people), where I built programs to protect millions of players, platforms, and the devs behind them.

I’ve spent over 15 years navigating the world of cyber, from hacking (ethically!) and threat modeling, to rolling out DevSecOps, setting up policies, and making risk frameworks actually usable. Before Jagex, I did my thing at Sony, and I've worked with standards like NIST, OWASP, PCI DSS, and GDPR more than I care to admit.

I’m proud to be a Next CIO Awards winner, and currently levelling up through the Cambridge Judge CTO Programme to sharpen my boardroom and exec game.
