Hi. I'm relatively new to software engineering(3 years) but had a career in education before pivoting in 2020. As a former educator, I have 15+ years of experience in cross-cultural communication, building community, and leading teams/departments. For the past two years I have been working at a FinTech company specializing in mobile development but also venturing into web frontend as well as backend. I also can offer insight into the Agile/Scrum process. Giving back is super important to me as I never saw myself working in technology and believe that this world is accessible to anyone who has enough grit to persevere.
