Oleksandra Chuvakova

My name is Oleksandra, I’m married and am a proud Ukrainian successfully find a job in Germany thanks to Mentoring Club coaching. I relocated in 2022 just a few weeks before Russian invasion in Ukraine in 2022 to work as a .Net Developer in Apollo Optik .

I started my career in corporate communication. Here I was able to learn in my early years how communication is set up in big corporation like ING and Microsoft at turmoil Ukrainian market , where I was focused on Corporate Social Responsibility empowering IT professionals, NGOs and companies with Microsoft technologies. I was able to win several awards for community development, employability development start up empowerment.

Having a passion to IT I have changed my career path in 2018.The next positions were at Big Change, Meade Willis in .Net Developments. My current stop is Apollo Optik in Germany since March 2022, where I started as a software developer in .Net thanks to 10 coaching session in summer 2020 I developed through using my privoius experience and make it suitable for German market. My passion is the web development , which I was able to build up at Apollo pass trial period and receive a permanent contract.
My mentoring is primarily aimed at career changers,, Ukrainian refugees, switchers in IT, sustainability with IT for startups, NGOs and bussiness.

First and foremost, I will guide you through my mindset paired with IT career approaches that have made me successful. Because of my mindset and my personal IT approach, I have always achieved my goals for the last 16 years.
