Hello! I'm Ning Zhang, a Career Development Advisor with over five years of experience in career and employment advising across post-secondary education, non-profits, and government-funded services in BC, Canada.

I have worked in employment services, assisting job seekers from all walks of life and diverse linguistic backgrounds, supporting them in overcoming obstacles, understanding the labor market, and finding jobs or meaningful careers that align with their goals. Currently, I support post-secondary students in exploring short-term and long-term career options, developing career plans to address skill and experience gaps, and identifying opportunities to expand their professional networks. Over the years, I have collaborated with job seekers and employers to facilitate successful career and networking events, secure job placements, and conduct community outreach for service promotion, event collaboration, and service referrals.
