I'm a tech person at heart, with over 15 years of experience in software development roles. I spent over 10 years in the German startup scene, with 4 of those as part of senior leadership. This is where I learned a lot about product development, leadership and entrepreneurship.
I spent many years of my career thinking I would, and should, so everything on my own. I rarely asked for help or for advice. Whereas it worked, it was definitely not the fastest or best way to learn. I want to help others not make that mistake.
My vision is to enable everyone to seek and receive support from others via mentorship and collaboration.
I do this by offering mentoring, where I provide advice on tech, with a major focus also being put on soft skills, personal development and growth.
