Senior Business Analyst at Turkish Technology
I am a Senior Business Analyst at Turkish Technology, one of the companies under the Turkish Airlines Group, providing technology services to Turkish Airlines and its subsidiaries — the flag carrier flying to more countries than any other airline. I work within the Customer Relationship and Marketing Solutions team, focusing on designing and optimizing customer experience–driven solutions through technology.
In my previous experiences, I have also contributed to the replatforming of a campaign management system from Chordiant to Pega Systems, an AI-powered marketing and automation platform supporting data-driven customer engagement. Also I led the analysis and delivery of a large-scale replatforming and migration project for a customer feedback and complaint management system at one of Turkey’s largest banks.
I have over five years of experience in project management, hold a Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org, and acted as Scrum Master for a cross-functional team of 12. I began my career after earning a degree in Industrial Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU).
I enjoy mentoring professionals in business analysis, career transition, agile delivery, stakeholder management, and leadership growth.
