20+ years of experience spanning several facets of delivering mission critical IT solutions and products in banking and telecom domains - delivery management, project and program management, team management, operations management, product management and customer engagement. I have experience across US, Europe and India working primarily in the banking and telecom domains in multinational organizations like Citibank, TCS, Proximus and SWIFT Inc. I am currently working as a Program Manager. I have extensive experience in managing projects, programs and deliveries in both waterfall and agile methodologies. I am a certified Scrum Product Owner and Agile Scrum Master. I have a master's in business administration and a bachelor in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
