I bring over 15 years of experience in HR, leadership and transformation – working as an interim manager, consultant and certified systemic coach (DBVC/IOBC). Throughout my career I’ve supported leaders and teams in international organizations to navigate change, build clarity and grow into their roles.
What makes me different is the mix of hands-on HR expertise, digital transformation know-how (e.g. Workday, SAP, Loga) and a strong background in coaching and team development. As co-founder of SKATing, a digital tool for needs-based team coaching, I combine systemic thinking, psychology and technology to help people work better together.
As a mentor, I care about creating a space where you feel safe to reflect, ask the hard questions, and explore new options. My goal is to help you strengthen your confidence, sharpen your leadership skills, and find practical ways forward – whether you are taking your first steps as a leader or dealing with complex transformation challenges.
