Working in the healthcare and social sectors requires much more than technical knowledge alone. It demands resilience, empathy, and the ability to understand and develop both personal and professional boundaries. As a mentor, I have been working for years with healthcare professionals and other helpers, guiding them in their personal growth and professional effectiveness, while helping them find balance in their work and life.
I am passionate about group work and have a keen insight into group dynamics. This also comes through in the workshops, training sessions, and retreats I facilitate, where I guide people in both their individual process and the collective development of the group. My experience in event management allows me to organize and guide these processes smoothly, ensuring that participants get the most out of their experience.
For the past 10 years, I have been a nomad, working internationally and seeing my clients mainly online. Because I work from Latin America, I am available during the day for my international clients, when it's evening in Europe. This lifestyle gives me the flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance, which I consider essential. If I had stayed in Europe, I would have mainly worked in the evenings and had less room for social contact and personal time.
As a multipassionate individual, I am able to combine various skills and interests, which makes my approach unique. My multilingual abilities and experience with diverse target groups and cultures enable me to work effectively with people from various backgrounds. This, along with my experience in healthcare, makes me well-equipped to support you as a mentor in navigating the challenges of your work and personal development.
