Michael Jahn

Yo! I'm Michael and I live in Zürich.

I am a people person by heart and a product person by trade.
I use structure and create systems to help people (me included) flourish and succeed.

Most of my work evolves around transforming organizations and helping them reach higher levels of effectiveness. My strongest weapons here are to create context, manifest it via story telling and create an environment of trust.

I have probably failed more than I succeeded but are luckily stubborn or naive enough to have stuck with challenges long enough to see them progress in the right direction.
