Martin Junghanns
Staff Software Engineer at Neo4j
I’m a software engineer with 15+ years of experience in building analytical applications primarily focused on graph data systems. My main focus is on building high-performant compute applications on top of the JVM. I have a M.Sc. degree in computer science.
Besides coding, I am responsible for cross-team collaboration, onboarding new team members, conducting personal and tech interviews and building efficient team structures and workflows.
Open source is close to my heart and I’ve been a frequent attendee at tech conferences both as organizer and speaker and can share my experiences on both roles.
Besides software engineering my main interests are progressive rock/metal music, being in nature and working out.
