Manthan Mehta

Hi, I’m Dr. Manthan Mehta. A physician by training and now an entrepreneur, operator, and mentor working at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and business.

My journey has spanned clinical medicine, medical affairs in top pharma (Novartis, Boehringer Ingelheim), and building digital health startups from the ground up. I was part of the leadership team at Fitterfly, one of India’s pioneering digital therapeutics companies, where we built evidence-based programs for diabetes and metabolic health. Currently, I serve as the Co-Founder & Chief Medical Officer at Iksa.ai, where we’re building AI-powered patient engagement platforms for the pharmaceutical industry.

I’ve navigated multiple transitions from stethoscope to startup, from clinical rounds to investor pitches. Along the way, I’ve mentored doctors, founders, and professionals pivoting into healthtech, digital strategy, and innovation roles.
