My name is Lewis and I have been working in the social care sector for nearly 10 years.

I have worked with adults with complex needs such as autism, mental health and dementia.

I have ample experience leading and directing a team of support workers to ensure quality delivery of care to vulnerable people. During this time I have developed knowledge around team management, challenging behaviour and task delegation.
