Leticia Mota Estrela

I’m a Brazilian engineer with over 10 years of experience in the field of industrial automation and control systems. I am currenty living in Belgium, but I also have lived in Ireland and studied during one year in USA. My career has been built within highly technical and male-dominated environments, and throughout this journey, I’ve developed not only a deep understanding of complex engineering systems, but also a personal commitment to supporting others navigating similar paths.

As a woman in engineering, I’ve faced (and continue to face) the challenges of visibility, credibility, and career progression — and I want to help others do the same with more confidence, clarity, and support. I’m passionate about mentoring early-career professionals, especially women and international engineers, helping them understand the technical job market, develop soft skills, and build their voice in environments that often feel exclusive.
