Hi, I’m Ksenija Nikolova, founder of Better Women Better World and the BW2CLUB app, a global network connecting women and girls for personal and professional empowerment. I’m an internationally published author of 7 books, a digital creator, and a long-time advocate for gender equality with a strong background in mentoring, communications, and project leadership.
I’ve spent the past several years working with women and mentoring women from diverse backgrounds, helping them build confidence, pursue opportunities, and grow their initiatives. My expertise spans women's empowerment, creativity & storytelling, digital strategy, and personal branding.
