Hello, I’m Kay Niehaus – a senior executive and consultant with over 35 years of international experience in the consumer goods, fashion, sport and lifestyle sectors. I’ve held leadership roles at brands like Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, and PUMA, and worked with retail operators like Value Retail before founding my own company.

I’ve been responsible for revenues up to €700 million and led teams across 69 countries. My focus is on people, brand, and purpose – building strong teams, driving strategic clarity, and unlocking potential.

I believe that real brand value is created when people feel connected to what they do. Structures matter, but human energy drives transformation. I don’t care about titles – I care about growth, clarity, and momentum.
