Katja Feil

I’m Katja, I live and work in my chosen home town Sydney.
I have solid experience in agile product management, introducing agile methods, leading teams, working in cross-functional teams, adapting to a fast-changing market, and coaching individuals to achieve their goals. In my years as Senior Product Manager and Consultant, I additionally gained deep insights into UX/UI, Branding, Marketing, Analytics, Market Research, User Testing, different tech stacks and Sales.
I have a strong interest in start-ups, which made me become a mentor and Certified Coach in 2015. I love to share my knowledge and enable others to achieve their goals. Progress over perfection. Mindset is everything.
