In my daily work, everything revolves around the placement and advice of executives.
As a personnel consultant, executive coach and passionate entrepreneur, I have been advising medium-sized companies and listed corporations from various industries on leadership, HR and recruitment matters since 1995.
In the last 20 years I have founded two successful companies and can also help mentees with start-up questions. It is a matter truly dear to my heart to combine mindful action and successful business at all times.
I studied law at the University of Bayreuth and have acquired certificates in business coaching and health consulting over the years.
I live with my partner and my little dachshund at Lake Starnberg near Munich.
