I have worked as a Human Resources Manager in different industries for 27 years and still carrying out projects on team building, leadership, communication, measuring and assessing managerial competencies. Since 2009, I have been providing consultancy and mentorship to entrepreneurships at different stages. . Currently I am working as faculty member at Eastern Mediterranean University Faculty of Business and Economics and gives lectures about human resources management, business policy and management skills.
