Jose Cortes

I started my career as a software engineer in 2005. Since then, I have worked in the software industry wearing many different hats, from web to mobile development, scrum master, product manager, and more recently, Group Product Manager—a leadership position.

As a leader in the organization, it is my responsibility to inspire and enhance others so they can succeed. Coming from a technical background without many soft skills and becoming a leader and stand-up comedian (yes...), wasn't easy.
