Infantry Officer & Qualified Instructor with a proven track record of 20 years in the fields of Physical Security & Loss Prevention, Business Process Streamlining, Cyber Security & Compliance, Operational Logistics, HR Training & Management. Presently heading the office of Training & Aviation Management at a frontline Headquarters, responsible for planning, scheduling & overseeing the training of over 40,000 personnel as well as the operations of Aircraft over a vast area.
I am highly skilled at Programme Management & Coordination, having served as part of a team steering a Key ICT Project of the Indian Armed Forces at the Apex Level (Ministry of Defence), aimed at transforming Operational Communications & Situational Awareness across all levels.
I have demonstrated the ability to innovate & find the most efficient solution to operational tasks. I have also been commended for my role as an Instructor, where I demonstrated exceptional teaching skills.
Having commanded two Battalions of over 1,200 personnel each, I understand the complexities of HR Management & Team Building.
As a serviceman who has put in more than 20 years in uniform, I now look forward to transitioning to challenging roles fields of ICT / Security & Loss Prevention / Training / Cyber Security / Aviation Management where I will be able to use my experience & training to positively impact teams that I will lead.
