I my career, I built an EVP and company values from scratch and activated them trough authentic and impactful storytelling. I set up recruitment marketing funnel campaigns from start to finish, guiding talent from the awareness to conversion phase. I managed career sites, review platforms and optimised internal as well as external communications and onboarding flows.
