I'm a London-based technologist and engineering leader. I've spent the last 20+ years in the tech industry, mostly focused on the user-facing side of software products at places like Google, Citymapper, and MAYA Design.

Over the past five years, I've been focusing more on the "people" problems of building sustainable organizations that can ship great products.

That said, I'm still fascinated by the technical challenges of building long-lived, complex software systems, especially ones that require coordination across organizational boundaries.
