Hey, I’m Jess!
I’m a Talent Acquisition and HR leader with 15 years of experience across SaaS, Fintech, Technology, and other industries in Europe and LATAM. I’ve built and led talent teams of all sizes, coached TA professionals at every stage of their careers, and helped businesses scale by making hiring more strategic, efficient, data-driven, and people-focused.

I’m passionate about a holistic, integrated approach to Talent and People topics—bridging the gap between people and business goals and empowering individuals and organizations to realize their full potential.

My mentoring approach is grounded in real-world experience—I’ve built TA functions from scratch, tackled complex hiring challenges, and scaled teams for both well-known and emerging brands. I offer practical, no-nonsense advice with a strategic, context-driven problem-solving mindset. I focus on building trust through empathy and active listening, guiding people to their own insights, and helping them zoom out to see the bigger picture.

I get a lot of energy from mentoring and seeing people grow—it’s one of my favorite parts of what I do. I’ve been lucky to have amazing mentors throughout my career, and now I want to give back.
